Hello Year 1 parents and carers,
After contacting as many of you as we can, we’re really pleased that you are all staying safe, healthy and busy! We love that you are all keeping in contact with one another and sharing all the fun activities that you have been enjoying! Home learning is not easy, so well done. You’re all doing a fantastic job! Please be kind to yourselves and keep your expectations realistic. Our homes are an entirely different learning environment and therefore any home learning should be adapted to suit everyone’s needs. Please see some helpful tips and advice on how to cope with home learning on our ‘Looking After Mind and Body/Welfare’ page. We’re glad to hear that you are able to access all the resources from our home learning website and are working your way through them. We are constantly adding and changing the lessons available. However, during the upcoming Easter break there will not be any new lessons posted. Once the new term starts, you and your children can look forward to new and exciting lessons and topics. We have been listening to your feedback and have made some changes and additions to the Year 1 pages.
We want this website to be as accessible as possible to everyone. Please continue to give us feedback or any suggestions to improve our website via the Communications page. We will try our best to respond generically on this blog. Lastly, we want to wish you and your families, the best of health and we want to reassure you that you are all doing an amazing job. We miss you all and we are here for you if you have any questions. Have a restful and peaceful Easter holiday. Ms Belizario & Mr Tamayao |
